H. Christopher Fry
H. Christopher Fry is a staff scientist at Argonne National Laboratory. Since 2009, Chris has been a part of the Department of Energy funded Scientific User Facility and Nanoscale Science Research Center, The Center for Nanoscale Materials. Chris supports the scientific communtiy with interests in self-assembled materials as well as spectroscopic methods like ultrafast (fs) and fast (ns) pump-probe spectroscopies. His main scientific endeavors focus on the development of self-assembled peptide materials discovery for controlling energetic pathways. More recently, Chris has been involved in several collaborations developing machine learning methodologies to predict novel peptide sequences that self-assemble into functional architectures.
