Hisashi Shimakoshi
Hisashi Shimakoshi is a Professor of Applied Chemistry at Kyushu University (Japan). He graduated from Doshisha University (Japan) in 1993 and got his Ph.D. from Kyushu University in 2001. He was awarded the 2006 Lecture Prize for Young Scientist and the 2010 BCSJ Prize from The Chemical Society of Japan. His current interests are the development of a bioinspired catalyst with metal enzyme functions and its application to green molecular transformations.
